CONWAY, SC– Conway Medical Center (CMC) and its Board of Trustees are pleased to announce the addition of Gastroenterologist, Samer Charbel, MD, FACP
Samer Charbel, MD, FACP is board certified by the American Board of Gastroenterology and the American Board of Internal Medicine. Dr. Charbel received his Doctor of Medicine from Saint Joseph University Faculty of Medicine in Lebanon. He then completed his residency in Internal Medicine at the Cleveland Clinic Foundation in Ohio. Dr. Charbel went on to complete a fellowship in Gastroenterology, Hepatology and Advance Bilary Endoscopy at Wake Forest University Baptist Medical Center of North Carolina. Before joining CMC, Dr. Charbel practiced Gastroenterology for four years at the Digestive Disease Center of South Georgia and John D. Archbold Medical Center in Thomasville, GA.
Dr. Charbel joins Dr. Richard Eisenman, Dr. Meghan Malone and Robin Niederwefer, NP at CPG Gastroenterology located in the Medical Arts building adjacent to CMC. “After we have a diagnosis, I do all that I can to manage and monitor my patients’ conditions so they receive the care they need. I am committed to providing my patients with the most appropriate and up-to-date gastrointestinal care available in a comfortable and compassionate setting,” states, Dr. Charbel. Dr. Charbel specializes in Advanced Biliary Endoscopy (ERCP) and Therapeutic Endoscopy.
