Other Program INitiatives

In addition to the outreach programs through HEALTHREACH, CMC Foundation supports several other community programs and initiatives.

Some of these include-

• Friendship Medical Clinic & Pharmacy provides basic primary medical care and medications to low income and indigent adults in Myrtle Beach and Horry County who have no access to medical insurance. The clinic provides direction, education and encouragement relating to a particular chronic disease, thus improving the quality of life for low income residents that creates an economically and socially enriched HOrry County for all residents.  CMC Foundation helps offset costs of rent, utility bills and hospital services that Friendship Medical Clinic uses.
