The Conway Medical Center Mammography Initiative was developed to assist disadvantaged women in the Conway Medical Center service area who cannot financially obtain necessary health screenings such as mammograms and other clinical breast examinations.
It is the goal of Conway Medical Center to improve women’s health by offering the opportunity to detect early signs of breast cancer or other diseases. To provide services to as many women as possible, Conway Medical Center has agreed to deeply discount the screening and examination services for women who qualify for the program. Since the program was introduced in October of 2005, The CMC Foundation has paid over $333,000 in services.
