CONWAY, SC– Conway Physicians Group and Kingston Nursing Center, both organizations affiliated with Conway Medical Center, were recognized at the Palmetto Hospital Trust (PHT) General Membership Meeting on June 15, 2012 in Columbia, SC.
Conway Physicians Group (CPG), a multi-specialty group of 15 physician offices affiliated with Conway Medical Center, was recognized with a PHT Safety Award as one of ten South Carolina healthcare organizations with the lowest loss ratios in it’s respective categories. CPG distinguished itself by being named to the PHT Claims Reporting Platinum Honor Roll by reporting 100% of its workers’ compensation claims within three days.
Kingston Nursing Center, an 88-bed facility offering Long Term Care and Subacute Care, along with CPG were both named one of the fourteen South Carolina healthcare organizations recognized as winners of the PHT Transitional Duty Award for the best/highest ratio of transitional duty to no lost work days.
