CONWAY- Conway Medical Center’s Wellness and Fitness Center’s objective is to help keep your medical costs down by providing unique opportunities for you to improve your overall health in a setting that is safe, comfortable and fun. Below are some classes and initiatives starting in August that will be available at Conway Wellness and Fitness Center.
Weight Loss Workshop
Confused about weight loss? The Weight Loss Workshop will teach you the basics to weight loss. You will personalize and clearly define your written weight loss goals. You will also develop your timeline to accomplish these goals. Do you have some foods that you know you shouldn’t be eating but think you can’t live without? We’ll address that through perception exercises that will leave you feeling more confident and in control. We will also define how you look at exercise and take steps to make this a more pleasurable experience. If you really want to lose weight, Jonathan Gibson will show you how.
This is a one time workshop that lasts approximately an hour and a half. You will receive a copy of Jonathan’s Common Sense Weight Loss book that you can read over and over to help keep you on track. If you REALLY want to lose weight, don’t wait! Sign up now!
