CONWAY, SC– Conway Medical Center and Atlantic Urology Clinics will offer an additional prostate screening on October 25 at Atlantic Urology Clinics. The American Urological Association and the American Cancer Society recommend annual prostate screening exams in most men age 50 to 70. African American men or men with a family history of prostate cancer should begin screenings at the age of 40.  The prostate screening involves a digital exam and a PSA laboratory blood test. The fee for the screening is $20 and appointments should be made through the physician office.
