The PATIENT TRANSPORTATION FUND has been established to provide transportation for Horry County Residents currently undergoing prescribed cancer treatment. Those individuals who have no means to provide their own transportation or do not have assistance from family or friends are invited to make application.

Patients may be referred for this service by the organization providing the medical treatment / services. Patients must provide financial information, which will be processed through Conway Medical Center.

Transportation for these services will be provided by Comfort Keepers of Horry County or other providers approved by CMC Foundation. Round trip transportation from the patient’s residence to their scheduled appointments will be coordinated through Comfort Keepers or other travel provider.
