Conway Medical Center Employee Returns from Baghdad

Lt. Colonel Page Neville has returned to civilian life and her job at Conway Medical Center as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) in the Operating Room.

A "Surprise Welcome" from about 30 of her fellow employees was held Monday, March 14. Her "Welcome Home" was launched as she entered the hospital to clock in for her scheduled shift. Employees greeted her with "God Bless America" as well as plenty of hugs and kisses.

For the past year, Lt. Colonel Page Neville has served as commander of the 1967th Medical Team, which provided eye surgical care at the 31st Combat Support Hospital in Baghdad, Iraq. While serving in the hospital which is located in the downtown green zone, her responsibilities included being Chief CRNA as well as providing medivac training for the Army transport team.

Upon returning to her home base in Columbia, Missouri, LTC. Neville was awarded a bronze star for her outstanding service in Iraq.
