After graduating from Wilkes College, Dr. Hutson received his Doctor of Osteopathy from Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine where he graduated in the top 5 percent of his class. He completed his post doctorate training in Pennsylvania where he received the Resident of the Year award and the Gardner Award for Academic Excellence for his internship. Board certified in Family Medicine, Dr. Hutson is a member of the American Board of Family Practice, the American Medical Association, American Academy of Family Practitioners, South Carolina Medical Society and the Horry County Medical Society.

Ms. Hamilton holds a Bachelor Degree in Nursing from Clemson University and a Master of Science in Nursing from Duke University with a Family Nurse Practitioner Certification. Ms. Hamilton was a member of the Sigma Theta Tau Honor Society at both Clemson and Duke University. She is Board Certified with the American Nurses Credentialing Center and holds various professional affiliations.
