Appointment
To schedule an appointment, please call 843.248.4414. If you are running late or unable to keep a scheduled appointment, please contact the office as soon as possible. New patients are asked to arrive 20 minutes prior to their appointment time to complete necessary registration information.
Insurance
As a member of the Conway Physicians Group, we accept most major insurances, including Medicare and Medicaid. Please check with your insurance provider or our office to ensure that your care is covered and your out-of-pocket expense is minimized. Patients are responsible for payment of fees for services rendered including deductibles, co-
payments or percentages not paid by insurance carriers. We are happy to file your insurance claims for you.
