Hafez M. Hayek, MD

Dr. Hayek earned his Doctor of Medicine from Saint Joseph University and completed his internship at Hotel Dieu De France University, both located in Beirut, Lebanon. He then went on to complete his residency at Western Reserve Care system – Forum Health in Youngstown, Ohio and his fellowship in pulmonary medicine at Tulane University in New Orleans, Louisiana. Dr. Hayek is a member of the American Thoracic Society and Society of Critical Care Medicine. He is fluent in English, French and Arabic.

Ali Y. Mansour, MD

Dr. Mansour earned his Doctor of Medicine from American University of Beiruit. He then went on to complete his residency at at Kansas city University of Medicine & Biosciences and two fellowships at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, TX in Pulmonary Critical Care and Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine in Cleveland, OH in Sleep Medicine.

Services Provided

CPG Pulmonary & Sleep Medicine provides the following services:

Diagnosis and Management of acute and chronic lung diseases such as:
COPD
Asthma
Sarcoidosis Interstitial Lung Disease
Diagnostic Bronchoscopy insomnia, and restless leg syndrome.

Appointment

We treat patients by appointment only. To make an appointment, please call 843.234.6888. New patients must have a physician referral in order to schedule an appointment and are asked to arrive 20 minutes prior to their appointment time to complete necessary registration information. If you are running late or unable to keep your scheduled appointment, please contact our office as soon as possible.

Insurance

As a member of the Conway Physicians Group, we accept most major insurances, including Medicare and Medicaid. Please check with your insurance provider to ensure that your care is covered and your out-of-pocket expense is minimized. Patients are responsible for payment of fees for services rendered including deductibles, co-payments or percentages not paid by insurance carriers. We are happy to file your insurance claims for you.
