At Conway Medical Center, we take your health to heart. That's why we included a state-of-the-art cardiac catheterization laboratory in our new expansion. The new laboratory features the latest in cardiac diagnostic imaging technology, allowing our team of highly trained and skilled physicians and medical staff to quickly and accurately determine an appropriate course of treatment for patients.

Conway Medical Center now has the latest diagnostic imaging technology available for its patients - the Philips Medical Systems Brilliance 64-slice CT Scanner. In just five heartbeats, doctors are able to gain a good understanding of the patient’s heart health helping them to discover heart disease and its warning signs much earlier than ever before. “For patients with a family history of cardiovascular disease, the new CT scanner can help determine whether or not a person has certain congenital defects, vessel concerns such as plaque buildup or valve problems. This may allow us to treat the patient at a very early stage with lifestyle modification and medication, rather than invasive surgery,” stated Dr. Keith Wyche, cardiologist.

In addition to our new catheterization lab, we offer services including telemetry, echocardiography, nuclear medicine and other cardiology services.

For those who need cardiac rehabilitation, we offer a special program just for heart patients at our Wellness & Fitness Center, which is fully accredited and follows guidelines established by the American Heart Association. It's all part of our effort to ensure that when you come to Conway Medical Center, your heart is in the right place.

Conway Medical Center's Cardiac Rehabilitation Program is dedicated to getting you in better physical condition so you can live a happier, healthier life. Our state-of-the-art programs are located in the 39,000-square-foot Wellness & Fitness Center situated on the campus of Conway Medical Center. Complete with the most modern equipment available in the area, patients are afforded the best opportunity to achieve their desired goals and recover to a higher degree of functioning.
