Helene Aulisio

Helene is coming in hot to the dirty South from Maryland! She attended the College of Southern Maryland for three years where she played Fast Pitch Softball for two years on scholarship. Helene then transferred to Salisbury University where she played club lacrosse for two years. In December 2012, Helene graduated with a BS in Exercise Science. Helene has used her history as a lifelong athlete to better understand the needs of her clients. It has helped her to be incredibly attuned to what it takes to get a body in shape, keep it in shape, and help to recover it from injury. She looks forward to helping her clients achieve all of their fitness goals.
Calvin Holmes

Calvin is originally from Walterboro, SC with an athletic background in football and track and field - but he loves all sports. Calvin graduated from Coastal Carolina University in 2008 with a BS in Health Promotion and Sports Medicine. He is nationally certified as a personal trainer through the American Council on Exercise. As a personal trainer, Calvin says his goal is to improve physical and mental fitness by performing exercises in the most beneficial way. He believes no fitness regime is complete without a sound diet and the confidence to achieve your goals.
Ashlie Imming

Ashlie is originally from Fort Dodge, Iowa. Yes, Iowa, where they grow corn not potatoes. She attended Wartburg College on a four year softball scholarship and graduated in 2008 with a BA in Fitness Management. After college, Ashlie coached three years of high school girl's softball and one year of Division 2 Women's Basketball. She comes from a strong athletic background and has maintained an active lifestyle while trying to encourage others to do the same. Ashlie's goal is to inspire people to change their lives by becoming physically active and educate them on nutritional food choices and how to incorporate it into their daily lives.
