Bosu Circuits (All levels): Very high energy class with awesome instructors to give you a work out you won't forget!
Booty Call (All levels): Calling all booties! Lets get buns of steel!
Cycle (All levels): Burn calories with our awesome cycling class and amazing instructors.
Group Personal Training (All levels): Try out one of our Personal Trainers! This class is an example of personal training. Pick out a trainer and jump start your goals! Limited offer.
Sculpt Express (All levels): A compact total body work out. It's a time saver.
Step (All levels): If you like choreography, this is the class for you. Burn calories while training your brain!
2 Step (Intermediate level): Take the choreographed Step class, multiply by 2 - you got it! Double the calories and fun.
2 Step N Lift (Intermediate level): This is the same as 2 Step but we take it a bit further by adding strength training.
TRX Stations (All levels): Train on the TRX and other cool tools! We'll be using a stop watch so get ready to work!
Upper Cuts (All levels): Train from the waist up. Come early - its going to be popular!
Yoga (All levels): Our instructors are the best at de-stressing and stretching your body.
