Warm stones are applied to the body & incorporated in a full body massage to deeply relax the muscles, calm nerves & balance the body's subtle energy centers. The temperature of the stones is transferred to the body to increase circulation of blood & lymph fluids, improve tone of visceral organs, assist the processes of elimination & purification, relieve sinus pressure & increase joint mobility.
