Sydney Derrick, MD,

Dr. Sydney Derrick received her Bachelor of Science in Applied Biotechnology from the University of Georgia and subsequently completed her Doctor of Medicine degree from the Medical University of South Carolina.

Dr. Derrick is a native to the Myrtle Beach area, growing up in Murrells Inlet, South Carolina and is excited to return. In her spare time, she enjoys going on the boat or to the beach, scuba diving, and enjoying the amazing food our area has to offer! She will be attending Diagnostic Radiology residency at the Medical University of South Carolina after the completion of her transitional year. Dr. Derrick is excited to join Conway Medical Center and serve the community she has been lucky to call home.
