Varun Gara, DO,

Varun completed his education from middle school up to medical school in New York but has southern roots. Following completion of his DO degree from TouroCOM he was a resident in the south Jersey area and completed FM training at RowanSOM.

He enjoys spending time exploring novel areas of the globe, sampling various cuisines and participating in physical activity mainly by way of weight training, yoga and mild- moderate cardio. He has obtained a black belt in Tae- Kwon- Do and participated in various high school/ club sports while maintaining a love of outdoors and functional/ physical medicine. On an off day you can catch him watching a good action movie, napping or immersing in nature.
