Any nurse at Conway Medical Center (inpatient, ambulatory, or physician practices).
Friend of Nursing Award -HOSPITAL
*Celebrating Our Essential Non-Nursing Team Members*
Any non-nursing staff member who supports our healthcare mission.
Best Nursing Team Award – HOSPITAL
*Celebrating Collective Excellence*
Any non-PNS nursing team within the Conway Medical Center network.
Caring Heart Award – HOSPITAL
*Honoring Our Essential Support Team*
Any Multi Skilled Techs (MST), Certified Medical Assistants (CMA), Patient Service Representatives (PSR), Surgical Tech, Cardiovascular Tech, or Endo Tech.
Nurse Mentor Award – HOSPITAL
*Recognizing Our Nursing Leaders*
Nurses with 3+ years experience. Must have served in a leadership role (preceptor, educator, charge nurse, etc.)
Exemplary Leadership Award –
HOSPITAL
*Recognizing Nursing Leadership Excellence*
Nurses in managerial/supervisory positions (minimum 6 months).
Professional Nursing Development Award – HOSPITAL
*Celebrating Innovation in Nursing Education*
Nurses who have developed or improved departmental programs

Nurse Resident of the Year Award
*Honoring the Future of Nursing*
Nurses actively participating in the Nurse Residency Program. Please note that nurses from Cohort Blue, who graduate on February 26, 2026, are also eligible for this award.
