Brendan "Bo" Miller brings genuine passion for orthopedic care to CMC Orthopaedics. His journey into orthopedics began with personal experience – two knee surgeries during college football gave him firsthand insight into both the challenges patients face and the transformative power of orthopedic care. That experience, combined with years of hands-on practice at leading orthopedic centers, has shaped his commitment to treating every patient with compassion and expertise.

Working alongside the orthopedic surgeons, Bo manages clinic evaluations, performs diagnostic and therapeutic injections, assists in the operating room, and supports your post-operative care and recovery. His patients appreciate his approachable style, his clear explanations of what to expect, and his genuine understanding that joint surgery is a big decision. He's experienced with both traditional and robotic-assisted joint replacements, and he takes time to work through all your treatment options before jumping to surgery.

Having recently relocated to Myrtle Beach with his wife and newborn daughter, Bo is thrilled to become part of the Conway community. When he's not in the clinic, you'll find him exploring the area's outdoor offerings – fishing, hunting, golfing, and hiking – giving him real insight into how joint pain impacts the activities patients love most.
