Conway Medical Center Erin Horne, DO, MS,
Dr. Horne earned her Bachelor of Science in Health Science Studies with minors in Nutrition and Biology from Baylor University. She then completed a Master of Science in Medical Sciences at the University of North Texas Health Science Center before earning her Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from Edward Via College of Osteopathic Medicine in Louisiana.
Originally from Katy, Texas, Dr. Horne spent her high school years in Bellevue, Washington, before returning to Texas for college and graduate education. Outside of medicine, she enjoys dancing, traveling, exploring new restaurants, and spending time with family and her cat. Her professional interests include performing arts medicine, rehabilitation medicine, osteopathic manipulative medicine, and sports medicine. Dr. Horne is excited to begin her residency training at Conway Medical Center and looks forward to serving her patients and community.
