Faith Cheplick, MSN, AGNP-C,
Orthopaedics
Faith Cheplick brings exceptional orthopedic expertise and a naturally nurturing spirit to CMC Orthopedics. Growing up as one of seven siblings, Faith discovered early on her gift for caring for others. That instinct to help, comfort, and advocate became the foundation of her calling to medicine – and it's what her patients appreciate most about her care today.
With her Master of Science in Nursing from Emory University and orthopedic experience at a level-one trauma center, Faith combines advanced clinical skills with genuine compassion. Her expertise spans pre- and post-operative care, joint injections, casting, splinting, wound care, and serving as a surgical first assist. Whether you're recovering from surgery, managing an acute injury, or dealing with chronic orthopedic pain, Faith takes time to understand your concerns and develop a treatment plan that gets you back to doing what you love.
Faith's background in both orthopedics and primary care gives her a comprehensive perspective on patient health. She understands that successful orthopedic outcomes depend not just on surgical skill, but also on clear communication, patient education, and thoughtful pain management throughout your recovery.
When she's not caring for patients, Faith resets and stays happy and healthy at the beach and through regular exercise.
