Dr. Leland Stoddard brings outstanding training and a deep commitment to serving diverse communities to Conway Medical Center's Women's Health practice. Having earned his Doctor of Medicine from the Medical University of South Carolina and completed his OB/GYN residency at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center, Dr. Stoddard combines technical excellence with genuine compassion for every patient he serves.
What distinguishes Dr. Stoddard is his dedication to healthcare access and education. His volunteer work providing gynecologic care to underserved populations and his medical mission trips to rural Haiti demonstrate his belief that quality women's healthcare should be available to everyone. This experience has given him unique insight into the diverse needs of the patients he serves.
Dr. Stoddard's patients appreciate his thorough, evidence-based approach to both obstetric and gynecologic care. Whether you're expecting a baby, need routine preventive care, or are facing a complex gynecologic condition, he provides comprehensive care with clear communication and genuine respect for your individual circumstances and goals.
With a background that includes orthopedic research and a Bachelor of Science from Clemson University (Cum Laude), Dr. Stoddard brings analytical precision to his practice. His work on various house staff committees shows his commitment to advocating for both patients and healthcare teams.
