Natosha Ihly brings 11 years of progressive cardiac nursing experience and genuine compassion to Conway Medical Center's Cardiac Care clinic. As a Family Nurse Practitioner; Natosha combines deep clinical expertise in cardiac care with a commitment to helping patients understand and manage their heart health.
What sets Natosha apart is her extensive hands-on experience with complex cardiac patients. From managing critically ill patients in intensive care units to assisting with advanced cardiac procedures like pacemaker implants and cardiac catheterization, she understands cardiac disease from multiple angles. This breadth of experience means she recognizes subtle changes in patient condition and knows what questions to ask to get to the heart of the issue.
Natosha's patients appreciate her calm, reassuring presence and her ability to explain cardiac conditions clearly. She believes strongly in patient advocacy – ensuring your concerns are heard and your care plan makes sense for your life.
