AblePay: Easy Payment Options

AblePay: Easy Payment Options

AblePay:  Easy Payment Options for Your Medical Bills

Save money on your medical bills with flexible payment options and 0% interest. No credit check required. All Conway Medical Center patients automatically qualify.

What is AblePay?

AblePay is a NO-COST program (not a credit card) that allows you to save on out-of-pocket medical expenses including:

  • Copays (the amount you pay at your visit)
  • Deductibles (the amount you pay before insurance kicks in)
  • Coinsurance (your share of costs after meeting your deductible)

All Conway Medical Center patients are automatically accepted into the program, without credit checks.

AblePay works with any primary health insurance, and you can add anyone to your AblePay account you are willing to be financially responsible for. The program provides flexible payment terms (all with savings or 0% interest), and you decide what option meets your financial needs on every bill.

Here’s How It Could Work for You:

Example: You have a $500 medical bill after insurance. With AblePay, you can choose to pay it over 6, 12, or 18 months with 0% interest, or pay it in full for a discount—you decide what works for your budget.

How It Works

Step 1: Enroll
You can easily enroll in a few minutes by providing your demographic information, adding anyone you want to be financially responsible for, and choosing your default payment method and term. We can assist with any unpaid bills, and you can upload a copy during enrollment.

Step 2: Receive Your Card
Once enrolled, you will receive an AblePay Health card for yourself and anyone tied to your account. If you upload a current bill for processing, AblePay will notify Conway Medical Center and process the bill through AblePay.

Step 3: Use Your Card at Visits
During your next visit, you may be asked to verify or present your primary health insurance and AblePay cards. Conway Medical Center will enter AblePay as a payment method to process all your out-of-pocket medical claims.

Step 4: Choose Your Payment Plan
Once your primary insurance processes the claim (you will still receive your EOB – Explanation of Benefits – from your insurance provider), your patient payment responsibility is sent to AblePay. We will notify you when a claim is received and you will have five days to decide which payment option works for your current financial situation. All your bills will be paid using AblePay’s convenient member portal.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is AblePay Insurance?

No, AblePay is a payment program that works with your existing insurance. When Conway Medical Center bills your insurance, we also send your remaining balance to AblePay so you can choose your payment plan.

Do I still receive my Explanation of Benefits (EOB)?

Yes! You will still receive your Explanation of Benefits (EOB) from your insurance carrier.

Is AblePay HIPAA compliant?

Yes, AblePay is HIPAA compliant and takes the security of your Protected Health Information (PHI) seriously.

What if I enroll, and then decide I no longer wish to be a member?

If you no longer wish to enjoy the benefits of an AblePay Health membership, please send written notification to AblePay Health. They will inactivate your membership and any new claims will not be processed. You will remain responsible for all outstanding balances prior to inactivation.

How can there be no cost?

AblePay covers its costs and funds its business by negotiating with medical providers. They assist medical providers by helping reduce their expenses and shorten their receivable times. In exchange for prompt payment, providers are willing to offer AblePay a lower rate, which covers our business costs.
