All Public Entrances will be closed to entry except the Emergency Department entrance at 12:00pm, September 30 until Saturday October 1, 2022 at 7AM.
With the approach of Hurricane Ian, Conway Medical Center is actively monitoring all inclement weather threats and making all necessary preparations. CMC is not in an evacuation zone and will remain fully staffed and open before, during, and after the storm. Our top priority is to continue providing the highest quality care possible while ensuring the safety of our patients and their families, employees, and providers. We will keep you updated on any changes during this weather event.
CMC Department/Office Closures and Cancellations
All community classes and seminars for Friday have been canceled or postponed.
Some hospital services will be closed on Friday, September 30th. These will resume Monday, October 3rd at 8:30a.m. dependent on the storm’s outcome. These services include:

- Cardiac and Pulmonary Rehabilitation Services
- Endoscopy (non-emergent)
- Outpatient surgeries (non-emergent)
- Elective inpatient surgeries
- Elective radiology and laboratory procedures

All primary care and specialty offices will be closed on Friday, September 29th. They will reopen Monday, October 3rd at 8:30 a.m. dependent on the storm’s outcome. These offices include:
