Hope Perkins, DO, MPH,

Family Medicine

Primary Care

Dr. Perkins earned her medical degree from Alabama College of Osteopathic Medicine in Dothan, AL,  and concurrently earned her Master’s of Public Health from Samford University. She chose to pursue osteopathic medicine because the holistic, person-centered philosophy resonated with her desire to provide high-quality, comprehensive, whole-person care to her patients. Her special interests include full-spectrum family medicine, women’s health and obstetrics, and office procedures. She is so excited and grateful to be serving the people of Horry County and the surrounding communities.

Dr. Perkins comes to us from the mighty metropolis of Ellisville, MS. After high school, she left the comfort of her beloved, two-red light town to head to the big city of Nashville, TN, to attend Vanderbilt University. There, she received her bachelor’s degree in Human and Organizational Development, was an active member of Alpha Chi Omega, and became immersed in the Nashville community. While there, she found her passions for people, volunteering, experiencing different cultures, live music, and SEC sports (Anchor Down!). She also enjoys cooking, fishing, checking out local restaurants and breweries, and spending time with her Siberian Husky, Nash.
