
Marissa Levy, Au.D.,
Audiology
Dr. Levy is a native of Long Island, New York and has been living in South Carolina since 2018. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Communication Disorders from Syracuse University where she graduated Magna Cum Laude. She went on to receive her Doctorate in Audiology at the University of Massachusetts, Amherst. Her doctoral capstone about using new ways to assess hearing was presented to the American Auditory Society in Phoenix, Arizona in 2017.
Her areas of interest include diagnostic hearing evaluations, Bluetooth technology, and technological advances in hearing aids. She’s had the wonderful opportunity to travel to view the production of hearing aids at a manufacture’s headquarters.
Dr. Levy is a fellow of the American Academy of Audiology (F-AAA) and holds a certification of clinical competency in Audiology (CCC-A) from the American Speech and Hearing Association.
In her spare time, Dr. Levy enjoys relaxing at home and eating at new restaurants all along the Grand Strand. She always welcomes new recommendations from patients and staff.
