How do I get started with an pulmonology expert?

A physician’s order is required to schedule an appointment with CMC Pulmonary & Sleep Medicine. If you do not have a primary care provider, you can locate one above. 

When you meet with your primary care provider, you can request a referral to CMC Pulmonary & Sleep Medicine.  Your primary care provider can fax the physician’s order to 843-234-6889.  Visit CMC Pulmonary & Sleep Medicine to find new patient forms and other information about the practice.
