Medical and Pharmacy Health Insurance Plan – Choice of multiple plan options to fit your needs with the vast majority of the premium paid by CMC and excellent overall coverage to reduce your out-of-pocket expenses when you need the insurance; especially when you choose services at CMC.
Dental Insurance Plan – Choice of multiple plan options to fit your needs with majority of the premium paid by CMC. Coverage includes diagnostic, preventative, basic treatment and orthodontics.

Paid Time Off Plan (PTO) – Employee partners accrue on a per pay period basis Paid Time Off to use for any reason ranging from vacation to a sick day. PTO accrual levels increase as employment continues with CMC.
CMC Hospital Services Payment Plan – Employee partners experience the lowest possible out-of-pocket insurance plan expenses when using Conway Medical Center for services. In addition, any final balance remaining may be handled in one of two ways: (1) Spread and payroll deducted (2) Any balance paid in full at any time for hospital services is at a discount of 60%. There is serious potential for cost savings on lab work, emergency room visits, baby delivery, hospitalizations, routine endoscopy and all CMC hospital based services.
Short Term Disability – Provides income protection for CMC employee partners when out of work for short term injury or illness. 100% of the premium paid by CMC.
Long Term Disability – Provides income protection for CMC employee partners when out of work for Long term injury or illness. 100% of the premium paid by CMC.
Retirement Savings Accounts – CMC supports saving for retirement with a company match program.
CMC Success Sharing Bonus Plan – CMC pays employees an annual cash bonus when (a) The corporate financial target is met and (b) The patient experience survey overall hospital rating target is met.
Healthcare Reimbursement Account – CMC employee partner elects payroll deductions to tax shelter income to be used to pay for qualifying healthcare expenses as a tax-free reimbursement. Examples include out-of-pocket expenses for healthcare, dental, vision, prescriptions, over-the-counter medications, and more.
Dependent Care Reimbursement Account – CMC employee partner elects payroll deductions to tax shelter income to be used to pay for qualifying dependent care expenses for tax free reimbursement.
Term Life Insurance Policy – Life insurance policy for CMC employee partners with the premium 100% paid by CMC.
Accidental Death and Dismemberment Life Insurance Policy – Life insurance policy for CMC employee partners with the premium 100% paid by CMC.
Supplemental Term Life Insurance Policy – Optional additional Life insurance policy for CMC employee partners.
Supplemental Accidental Death and Dismemberment Insurance Policy – Optional additional Life insurance policy for CMC employee partners.
Supplemental Life with Long Term Care Insurance Policy – Optional additional Life insurance policy for CMC employee partners. Provides a specific insurance product to target coverage for Long Term Care related needs.
Supplemental Cancer Insurance – Provides an additional level of insurance protection over and above what might be provided by medical insurance plans.
Supplemental Critical Accident Insurance – Provides an additional level of insurance protection over and above what might be provided by the traditional AD&D and base Term Life insurance plans.
Supplemental Critical Care Insurance – Provides an additional level of insurance protection over and above what might be provided by medical insurance plans.
